The desk publishes monthly market statistics for Puget Sound cities, sub-markets and counties with a printed vintage, a dated Seattle and Bellevue asking-price-reduction snapshot, a monthly Washington short-term-rental market pulse, and weekly mortgage-rate reads. Every figure carries a named source and its vintage, and a licensed designated broker is responsible for the desk. Reporters may quote without asking.
Requests sent between 7 AM and 9 PM Pacific are answered the same day, seven days a week. A custom cut from an already-published series usually goes back the same day. A new series takes longer, and we say how long when we reply.

One regional finding per monthly cycle is offered to one outlet first, with the expiry stated in the offer, usually two to three days. After the expiry, or once the story runs, the finding is published on rexmont.com and offered to everyone. Hyperlocal cuts of the same month's data go to community outlets at the same time. Nothing is held back from the public pages beyond that window.
