Signature Agent · experienced · luxury & large volume
The luxury inquiries and the largest books, handled by the agents built for them.
The Signature Agent track is for experienced agents with an established book who handle the top of the market and the highest volume on the team: the luxury buyers and sellers arriving through rexmont.com, Google and the database, and the relocating executives and investors who buy at that level. Today's Signature agents hold RexMont's Premier Agent recognition, 100+ transactions and $50M+ in verified NWMLS volume, and the lead engine under them is the same one the rest of the team runs on.

Who this track is for
- You have years in the business and a book that follows you: past clients, referrals, a listing track record.
- You work the luxury segment, or you are ready to, and can hold a pricing conversation on a $3 million home with the same certainty as on a $900,000 one.
- You run volume, and what you want from a brokerage is a pipeline underneath you rather than a franchise fee on top. Managing brokers welcome.
- You want the leads and the tooling without giving up the way you work.
What the track hands you
The same lead engine as the whole team. Sized for where you are.
The top of the market
Signature agents handle the luxury inquiries: buyers and sellers arriving through rexmont.com's luxury pages, through Google, and from the database at the highest price points, from West Bellevue and the lakefront to Seattle's view neighborhoods. The callers qualify and set; you take the meeting.
Volume, with the engine underneath
The same database, inbound line and AI callers the whole team runs on, at the scale an established book can absorb. Alerts and the newsletter go out in your name to your sphere and to the brokerage's database.
The broker as a peer
Adriano Tori has 18+ years in this market, 1,200+ closed transactions and $1B+ in closed volume. Signature agents get him as a second opinion on pricing, offers and the deals that need a designated broker in the room.
The split, stated plainly
40% of the brokerage commission to you on buyer sides, 35% on seller sides. The brokerage keeps the rest because it supplies the leads, the callers, the dashboard and the coaching. The published model is the same on every track. If your production argues for a different conversation, have it with Adriano directly.
Markets we recruit for: Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville, Bothell and the surrounding Eastside.
What we ask
Before you apply.
- An active Washington broker or managing broker license, and several years of practice behind it.
- Production at or near RexMont's Premier Agent bar (100+ closed transactions and $50M+ in verified NWMLS volume), or a luxury track record that argues the same case.
- Luxury experience: pricing, preparation and marketing at the top of the market, and the discretion that comes with it.
- A clean transaction history and client reviews we can read.
The work
What a Signature Agent does here.
- 1Carry the luxury pipeline and the largest book on the team: listing appointments at the top of the market, relocating executives, investors acquiring more than one property.
- 2Take the appointments the callers set at your price points, and work your own sphere with the alerts and newsletter in your name.
- 3Sit in coaching as the agent others learn from, and bring your own files to Adriano when a second opinion protects the deal.
- 4Keep the standard. RexMont's Premier Agent and Client Service Excellence recognitions are earned each year on verified NWMLS production and verified five-star reviews.

What you keep at RexMont
Put your last twelve months next to the RexMont split. The honest version has two parts: what the split alone costs you, and how many extra sides a year from our lead flow it takes to come out ahead. Both are on the right.
Buyer and seller sides combined. Half a side for a co-list is fine.
Across those sides.
60% buyers / 40% sellers.
Your share of the commission at your current brokerage.
Assumption: what one side pays as a percentage of price. Adjust it to your market.
This is an assumption, not a promise. The default of +4 is a placeholder for you to move; the leads are real, and what you close from them depends on you. Set it to 0 to see the split on its own.
Difference, per year
−$26,000
RexMont at 12 sides versus where you are at 8. Before taxes and brokerage fees.
Where you are
$140,000
8 sides · 70% to you
on $200,000 gross
At RexMont
$114,000
12 sides · 38.0% blended to you
on $300,000 gross
Close 6.8 more sides a year from RexMont leads and you keep what you keep today. Everything past that is the upside of not sourcing your own business.
Estimates only, not an offer of compensation. Splits shown are 40% to the agent on buyer sides and 35% on seller sides. Commission per side and extra sides are assumptions you set. Brokerage fees (desk, E&O, technology) are not modeled on either side; bring your current fee schedule to the conversation and we will put both on the table. Independent-contractor compensation is set in your written agreement.
The ladder
Where this track sits
Signature is the top of the agent ladder at RexMont. The agents on it today are the ones the rest of the team learns from, and the Partner track is where the next ones come from.

Questions about the Signature Agent track
Straight answers before the call.
What counts as luxury and large volume here?
Volume: RexMont's Premier Agent recognition sits at 100+ closed transactions and $50M+ in verified NWMLS volume, and both current Signature agents exceed it. Luxury: a track record at the top of the Bellevue, Eastside or Seattle market. Adriano weighs both case by case.
Is the split different on the Signature track?
The published model is the same on every track: 40% to you on buyer sides and 35% on seller sides, because the brokerage supplies the leads, the callers, the dashboard and the coaching. If your production argues for a different conversation, have it with Adriano directly in the 20-minute call.
Do luxury leads come through the same system?
Yes. rexmont.com carries luxury buyer and seller pages, Google Business Profile drives inbound calls, and the database includes the higher price points. The callers qualify and set the appointment; Signature agents take the ones at the top of the market.
Can a managing broker join?
Yes. Managing brokers can start as soon as the paperwork clears. The conversation covers how your license affiliation works under RexMont's designated broker.
What happens after I apply?
Adriano reads every application himself. If it looks like a fit you hear from him within two business days to set up a 20-minute conversation on Google Meet: your last twelve months, what is missing where you are, and whether this track fits. Applications are confidential.
