RexMont

Partner Agent · mid-level to top producer

More of your week with clients. Less of it finding them.

The Partner Agent track is the core of RexMont: licensed agents who closed sides in the last twelve months and want a brokerage that supplies the pipeline instead of charging for a desk. You bring the production; we bring the leads, the callers, the dashboard and the coaching. Run your numbers before you decide anything.

Who this track is for

  • You closed sides in the last twelve months, and the constraint on your business is lead flow, not skill.
  • You are buying your own leads, or the flow at your current shop dried up.
  • You are a top producer who would trade a slice of the split for a full calendar and no prospecting.
  • You want a broker who reads your file and picks up the phone, not a franchise onboarding video.

What the track hands you

The same lead engine as the whole team. Sized for where you are.

Leads at volume, and callers working them for you

A database of Eastside and Seattle buyers and sellers, inbound calls from Google Business Profile and rexmont.com, and three AI callers: Allie on outbound, Alex on inbound, Jordan re-engaging the database. Partner agents receive appointments and qualified conversations across the eight markets we recruit for. Database leads under $350,000 stay in the newsletter.

The dashboard, in your name

Listing alerts go out under your name. The newsletter carries your footer. Social posting, listing showcase pages, a Today board that tells you who to call and why, and a training library. One login, built in-house, and it changes when agents ask.

Coaching twice a week, the broker one-on-one

Sales coaching twice a week as a team, and one-on-one time with Adriano Tori, designated broker with 18+ years in this market: pricing, offers, the hard conversation with a client. Virtual sessions run on Google Meet.

The split, stated plainly

40% of the brokerage commission to you on buyer sides, 35% on seller sides. The brokerage keeps the rest because it supplies the leads, the callers, the dashboard and the coaching. It is a lower percentage than a traditional shop, and a different business: you are not paying for your own leads or spending your week finding them. The calculator below puts your last twelve months next to it.

Markets we recruit for: Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville, Bothell and the surrounding Eastside.

What we ask

Before you apply.

  • An active Washington broker or managing broker license.
  • Closed production you can show: sides and volume from the last twelve months. The application asks for both.
  • A working command of NWMLS forms and a clean transaction history.
  • Speed with the leads you are handed. The appointments are set for you; the value is in how fast and how well you take them.

The work

What a Partner Agent does here.

  1. 1Take the appointments the callers set, work the Today board, and keep the alerts and newsletter in your name in front of your sphere.
  2. 2Carry a buyer and seller pipeline across the Eastside and Seattle. Today's Partner agents work Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville and Seattle's neighborhoods.
  3. 3Ask for the review. The brokerage's Google reviews are why the inbound calls come in, and every Partner agent adds to them.
  4. 4Bring what breaks to coaching. The dashboard is built in-house and changes when agents ask.

Run your numbers

What you keep at RexMont

Put your last twelve months next to the RexMont split. The honest version has two parts: what the split alone costs you, and how many extra sides a year from our lead flow it takes to come out ahead. Both are on the right.

Buyer and seller sides combined. Half a side for a co-list is fine.

This is an assumption, not a promise. The default of +4 is a placeholder for you to move; the leads are real, and what you close from them depends on you. Set it to 0 to see the split on its own.

Estimates only, not an offer of compensation. Splits shown are 40% to the agent on buyer sides and 35% on seller sides. Commission per side and extra sides are assumptions you set. Brokerage fees (desk, E&O, technology) are not modeled on either side; bring your current fee schedule to the conversation and we will put both on the table. Independent-contractor compensation is set in your written agreement.

The ladder

From Partner to Signature

Partner agents who build a large book and move into the luxury segment step up to the Signature Agent track. Today's Signature agents hold RexMont's Premier Agent recognition: 100+ transactions and $50M+ in verified NWMLS volume. There is no clock; Adriano makes the call on production and reviews, in writing.

Questions about the Partner Agent track

Straight answers before the call.

What does the 40/35 split mean in dollars?

40% of the commission on a buyer side and 35% on a seller side goes to you; the brokerage keeps the rest because it supplies the leads and the tooling. The calculator on this page puts your own sides, average price and current split next to the RexMont numbers, including how many extra sides a year it takes to break even.

I am a top producer. Why would I take a lower split?

Because it is a split on a different business. At a traditional shop you keep more of each commission and pay for leads, marketing and the hours you spend prospecting. Here the brokerage carries the pipeline, the callers, the dashboard and the coaching, and you close. The calculator shows how many extra sides a year make the move pay. If the number does not work for your book, say so in the call and Adriano will tell you if he agrees.

Where do the leads come from?

The brokerage database, inbound calls from Google Business Profile and rexmont.com, listing alerts and saved searches on the site, and three AI callers (Allie, Alex and Jordan) that qualify and set appointments. Agents receive appointments and qualified conversations, not a list of cold names.

Which markets do Partner agents work?

Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville and Bothell, plus the surrounding Eastside. The application asks which of them you work today.

What happens after I apply?

Adriano reads every application himself. If it looks like a fit you hear from him within two business days to set up a 20-minute conversation on Google Meet: your last twelve months, what is missing where you are, and whether this track fits. Applications are confidential.
