Widget 1

Mortgage payment calculator

Price, down payment, rate and term in; principal and interest out, with an optional taxes-and-insurance view. Starts on the Freddie Mac 30-year rate for the current survey week and refreshes every week on its own.

Embed code
<iframe
  src="https://rexmont.com/embed/mortgage-payment"
  title="Mortgage payment calculator by RexMont Real Estate"
  width="100%"
  height="740"
  style="border:0;max-width:640px;border-radius:16px"
  loading="lazy"
></iframe>

Set height to 560 if you prefer the compact view without the taxes-and-insurance rows. The frame fits from 300px wide; in a column narrower than 380px the inputs stack, so give it 920 there.

Widget 2

City market tile

Median list price, days on market and active listing count for one city, with the data month printed on the tile. Current figures are the October 2026 vintage; they refresh on the first of each month.

Embed code
<iframe
  src="https://rexmont.com/embed/market-tile?city=bellevue"
  title="Bellevue housing market tile by RexMont Real Estate"
  width="100%"
  height="260"
  style="border:0;max-width:480px;border-radius:16px"
  loading="lazy"
></iframe>

Cities available: seattle, bellevue, kirkland, redmond, issaquah, sammamish, woodinville, bothell. In a column narrower than 360px the three figures stack; give the frame 350 there.

Who this is for

  • Mortgage lenders and loan officers

    A payment calculator on your rate page that is already seeded with this week's Freddie Mac survey rate, with no spreadsheet to maintain.

  • Moving companies and relocation services

    A Seattle or Bellevue market tile beside your quote form gives people moving here the number they are about to ask you for.

  • Employer HR and relocation pages

    New hires relocating to Bellevue, Redmond or Seattle get a live view of prices and days on market from your intranet or careers page.

  • Local news and community sites

    A dated, sourced market figure for your city, refreshed monthly, with a citation already built in.

  • HOA and neighborhood association sites

    Owners see what homes in their city are listing for without leaving your site.

Terms of use

Free to embed on any legitimate website, on one condition: the attribution footer inside each widget (“Calculator by RexMont Real Estate” or “Market data by RexMont Real Estate” with its links) stays visible and linked exactly as delivered. Do not hide it, crop it out of the frame, or add nofollow to it.

The figures are estimates for orientation, not a lender quote or an appraisal. Attribute quoted numbers to RexMont Real Estate with the date the widget shows.

Reporters: the figures behind the tile and the rest of the Data Desk are on the reporters page.

FAQ

Questions site owners ask first.

What does it cost to embed these tools?

Nothing. The calculator and the market tiles are free to embed on any legitimate website. The one condition is that the attribution footer inside each widget stays visible and linked as delivered.

Where does the mortgage rate come from?

The calculator is seeded with the 30-year fixed rate from Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS), which Freddie Mac publishes every Thursday. The widget refreshes weekly and prints the survey week it is showing. Visitors can type any rate over it.

How is the monthly payment calculated?

Principal and interest use standard amortization on the loan amount after the down payment. With taxes and insurance switched on, the widget adds a King County property-tax estimate of 0.9% of the price per year, a homeowners insurance figure you can edit, HOA dues, and mortgage insurance at 0.85% per year when the loan is above 80% of the price. It is the same arithmetic as the calculator on rexmont.com/mortgage-calculator.

Where does the market tile data come from?

Median list price, days on market and listing count come from RexMont's monthly city market feed, the same figures published on the housing-market pages for each city. The tile prints the month of the data it shows.

Can I change the colours?

Yes. Add theme=dark to the URL for a dark scheme, and accent= followed by a six-digit hex code to match your brand colour. The widgets are built to work from 300 pixels wide up.

Can I remove the RexMont link?

No. The link in the footer is the condition of use. It is an ordinary, followed link, and keeping it as delivered is what makes the tools free.

Will the iframe slow my page down?

The widgets are small pages with no third-party scripts, no analytics and no fonts beyond two system-style web fonts. With loading="lazy" in the snippet, the browser only fetches them when they scroll into view.
