About Interbay
Interbay is the corridor between Queen Anne and Magnolia, historically industrial and increasingly residential. The Interbay Golf Center, Fishermen's Terminal, marinas, and the new Expedia campus along the waterfront define the neighborhood's current identity. Growth is steady.
Housing is largely newer townhomes and mid-rise apartments along 15th Avenue and Dravus, with some older single-family on the slopes. Buyers come for newer construction, quick access to downtown and Ballard, and walkability to Expedia and other waterfront employers.
