Special release · October 23, 2026
Seattle and Bellevue condo closings, 2022 to 2026
Closed condominium sales in each city for every year since 2022: how many closed, the average and median closed price, how long they had been on the market, the price per square foot and the sale-to-list ratio. Full years first, then the same January 1 to October 23 window in every year so 2026 compares like for like.
A Puget Sound business reporter asked, after the October 1 Bellevue condo-versus-house finding, for a sold-side condo series: total sold, days on market and average price, annualized for the past few years, Bellevue and Seattle.
