best in class realtor service that goes above and beyond what is typically required to ensure success. My wife and I had to list our property in WA on the market due an imminent move to CA for personal reasons and from the outset it was obvious that Adriano and co would be the best team to navigate this difficult market with high interest rates and mass layoffs. Their approach to home selling is highly scientific and derived from sound business principles which is unlike any other realtor we had interviewed in the past. Once we officially entered the home selling phase, Adriano and team acted as the single point of contact for all handymen, contractors etc, organizing the calendar and getting work done with minimal involvement from us which was extremely welcome given our tight schedules. He helped use navigate several pricing decisions and showed immense patience and availability to answer our questions and address our concerns. Once we entered escrow the first time, we had several legal complications with the prospective buyers, which again Adriano and co helped navigate with relatively low stress. Eventually, through their help we were able to enter escrow and sell out house within 3 months which was remarkable given the market conditions. Overall, couldn't recommend them highly enough.
