The subject is a gently sloped, ~2.59 acre vacant parcel on the east side of Sunnyside Blvd SE, directly across from Carleton Farm, in unincorporated Snohomish County (Lake Stevens mailing area). Water and power are in the street; there is no public sewer at the site today.
