RexMontReal Estate

RexMont Real Estate

Agent recognition awards.

RexMont extends three internal recognition awards to agents who meet specific, verifiable criteria. Each award is tied to an external or auditable data source — so a buyer or seller browsing an agent profile can understand exactly why the agent earned it.

Awards are audited annually each January by RexMont brokerage administration. Full criteria and data sources are published below.

★ Premier Agent

RexMont Premier Agent

Proven volume. Verified results. Seattle/Eastside market.

Eligibility criteria

  • 100 or more closed residential transaction sides in King or Snohomish County (career total, verified against NWMLS records)
  • $50 million or more in total closed residential sales volume in the same markets
  • Active Washington State real estate license with no disciplinary actions on file with the Washington Department of Licensing
  • Must be a current RexMont agent at time of recognition

Data source

NWMLS closed transaction records and Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) license lookup

Audit cycle

Reviewed annually each January by RexMont brokerage administration

Why consumers can trust it

Transaction count and sales volume are objective numbers recorded in the NWMLS — the same database buyers and sellers can verify through public MLS data. High career production signals deep market knowledge, negotiation experience across varied conditions, and a consistent ability to close.

★ Client Service Excellence

RexMont Client Service Excellence

Rated five stars by real buyers and sellers.

Eligibility criteria

  • 5.0-star average Google review rating on the agent's individual Google Business Profile
  • Minimum 25 reviews verified as attributable to the individual agent (not brokerage-generic reviews)
  • Award is granted annually — the year(s) shown on an agent's profile reflect each calendar year in which the agent met the threshold
  • Active Washington State real estate license with no unresolved complaints on file with the Washington Real Estate Commission

Data source

Agent's individual Google Business Profile (public, third-party verified) and Washington Real Estate Commission complaint records

Audit cycle

Evaluated annually each January; year designation is permanent once earned

Why consumers can trust it

Google reviews are written by real clients after real transactions and are publicly accessible to any consumer — RexMont does not control or moderate them. A 5.0 average across 25 or more reviews attributed to a specific agent represents sustained, independent validation of service quality over multiple client relationships.

★ Market Performance Leader

RexMont Market Performance Leader

Outperforms the market on price and speed.

Eligibility criteria

  • Average list-to-sale price ratio at or above the King County NWMLS median for comparable property type and price range (seller-side transactions)
  • Average days on market at or below the King County NWMLS median for comparable property type and price range
  • Minimum 6 closed listing-side transaction sides in the prior 12 months to establish a statistically meaningful sample
  • Active Washington State real estate license with no disciplinary actions on file with the Washington Department of Licensing

Data source

NWMLS transaction records (list-to-sale ratio and days on market per closed transaction) and NWMLS monthly King County statistics reports, which are publicly archived

Audit cycle

Verified annually each January using prior 12-month NWMLS data

Why consumers can trust it

List-to-sale ratio and days-on-market are hard performance numbers — not self-reported claims. Benchmarking them against the publicly archived NWMLS King County median means any consumer or journalist can look up the same benchmark and verify the comparison independently. For sellers, this award directly signals that an agent consistently gets more money in less time than the market average.
