Question 1

Where can I find open houses this weekend in Bellevue and Seattle?

Accepted Answer

RexMont publishes a live list of open houses across Bellevue, Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Sammamish and the rest of the Eastside, refreshed as listing agents post new dates to the NWMLS. Filter by city to plan your weekend tour.

Question 2

Do I need an appointment to attend an open house in Seattle or Bellevue?

Accepted Answer

No — open houses are walk-in events during their posted hours. However, attending with your own buyer's agent (rather than the listing agent at the door) protects your representation and negotiating position. RexMont can preview homes with you and write offers on the spot.

Question 3

Are open houses still common in the Seattle and Eastside market?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most $800K–$3M single-family homes in Bellevue, Seattle, Kirkland and Redmond hold a public open house the first weekend on market, plus broker-only opens midweek. Luxury homes ($3M+) sometimes use private appointment showings instead.

Question 4

Can RexMont schedule a private tour outside of open house hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes — RexMont's licensed buyer's agents can schedule private tours seven days a week, often within a few hours. Click 'Schedule a private tour' on any listing or contact us directly.
